Job description

The Casting Department sits at the centre of all our projects. Reporting to the Head of Casting, you will specialise in all areas of sourcing talent, service providers and locations.

Attention to detail, strong organisation and excellent communication skills are crucial as you will experience working to tight deadlines and making sure specific requirements are met within each project. The role will be fast paced and variable as you work to support the Head of Casting with securing talent and the administrative processes to fulfil all casting briefs.

You will gain an understanding of usage and buyout rights, contracts, deal memos, booking forms, and NDAS, ensuring that every booking is secured to our strict guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Casting to source talent through casting platforms
  • Briefing agencies, booking talent
  • Completing talent contracts, deal memos, booking forms and any other documents for talent employment
  • Updating internal databases & budget tracker
  • Consulting with our in-house production teams
  • Researching locations
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR

Desirable

You will have worked in a casting office/environment or production company and have connected with talent agents, gaining an understanding of casting processes.
