What You’ll Do as a Bar Supervisor:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of classic cocktails with precision, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Create a vibrant and welcoming bar environment by engaging with guests, building rapport, and offering tailored drink recommendations.
  • Take ownership of stock management, including ordering, rotation, and ensuring optimal availability at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of bar organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with all operational procedures.
  • Lead on bar set-up and close-down processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new starters, sharing best practices and upholding service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
