Full job description
Bristol’s best Latin restaurant is on the hunt for a new CDP chef to help with the busy summer/autumn ahead.
At Batida we’ve created a great menu of real classic Latin South American dishes which have proved hugely popular.
We pride ourselves on using authentic and local produce creating everything freshly on site.
As CDP we would expect you to run your kitchen section and have the following attributes:
- able to follow recipe specs and prep food quickly and accurately
- be prompt and have good timekeeping
- contribute to the development of the menu
- follow HS and FS standards

4 day working week. Closed Sundays.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
