In this senior role, you will coach and develop your team, champion learner achievement, and play a key part in shaping the curriculum and culture of your sector. • V1 Internal Quality Assurance award or equivalent (training available for the right candidate)
  • Level 3 or 4 Education & Training qualification or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in an engineering sector discipline, in line with awarding body requirements
  • GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of coaching, mentoring, and providing developmental feedback to a team
  • A track record of motivating others and driving performance against KPIs
  • A solid understanding of OFSTED inspection frameworks and ESFA funding and compliance requirements

Our Culture & Benefits

At In-Comm, our values — Accountable, Integrity, Driven, Collaborative, Dynamic, and Diverse & Inclusive — are more than words on a wall. They shape how we work every day. As a Sector Lead, you will join a senior team that is genuinely invested in quality, innovation, and each other. We offer:

  • Funded CPD and support to develop your leadership and sector qualifications
  • Flexible and blended working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Pension contributions and a health and wellbeing programme
  • A visible leadership role with real influence over curriculum, team development, and sector growth
  • The opportunity to shape outstanding learning outcomes for the next generation of professionals
