Full job description

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead.
At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.
As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.
Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

As a member of Veeva’s Strategy team, you will drive the growth and regional adoption of Vault Medical—a unified suite of applications designed specifically for Medical Affairs teams to seamlessly manage medical information requests, medical content, and scientific publications. You will act as a strategic bridge between product, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and foster long-term partnerships with European life sciences companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the European P&L, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to sustain and scale Veeva’s Medical Content and Medical Information business lines
  • Provide strategic direction and direct support to sales teams to capture new market opportunities and accurately address customer business challenges
  • Guide product development teams on new features and growth capabilities by translating deep market dynamics into actionable product roadmaps
  • Orchestrate and influence cross-functional resources—from sales through delivery and customer success—to optimize execution and maximize value
  • Serve as the regional face of Veeva Medical by authoring insights, hosting webinars, and presenting at major industry conferences
  • Foster an active network of customers and industry peers to encourage best practice sharing and build strong brand advocates

Requirements

  • Proven track record working specifically as a solution provider, technology vendor, or management consultant to the life sciences industry
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architecture and modern cloud solutions, with a demonstrated ability to guide life sciences organizations through technology adoption
  • High-level expertise in Medical Affairs business processes, medical content curation, and medical information management workflows
  • "CEO mentality" with the ability to critically develop and align execution plans across Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success
  • Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders
