Overview

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a reliable, organise, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
  • Preparing documents, letters, and reports.
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
  • Processing invoices and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensuring the office remains organised and well maintained.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous administration or office experience.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Work independently while also being a supportive team member.
