At Ceiba, our small, dynamic team is growing, and we're looking for compassionate and creative female Mental Health Support Workers to join us in providing essential support and mentorship in the community settings around Warwick and Leamington Spa. We understand that this is a pivotal time for our clients, one filled with both exciting opportunities and unique challenges. Your role will be key in offering both emotional and practical support, helping clients navigate these challenges and seize those opportunities. We work closely with individuals, empowering them to express their true selves.

This role offers the chance to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), mental health coordinators, and clinicians. Our standard contract includes 36 hours per week, paid at an hourly rate of £12.90, with an additional £55 per night for sleep-ins. We operate on a rotating shift pattern, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Please note that this schedule includes weekends and bank holidays. We offer full training and provide ongoing support to help you grow in areas that interest you.

**Salary and Benefits:**

**Candidate Requirements:**

We are looking for someone who is person-centered, positively inclined, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage time effectively and complete records accurately is essential.
