Make a real difference, every single day.

About Evolve

We’re a friendly, specialist provider of complex care, supporting children and adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We work with individuals who have a range of needs, including acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments, always focusing on what matters most to them as people – their routines, their independence, and their quality of life.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: great care starts with happy, supported teams. Our goal is not only to improve the lives of the people we support, but also to make work a positive, rewarding experience for our nurses and carers. We take pride in creating a supportive, respectful environment where staff feel listened to, valued, and able to deliver the best possible care.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a delightful young child with complex health needs in her own home and within her local community.

This is a unique opportunity to become an important part of a child's life, helping her to enjoy each day in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You'll work closely with her family and care team to provide person-centred support that promotes comfort, wellbeing, and meaningful experiences.

Our client is a bright and engaging young girl who loves spending time with her family and enjoys being involved in her daily routines. She has a passion for music and especially loves listening to stories during her favourite story time sessions. Building a positive relationship with her and supporting her to enjoy the activities she loves will be a key part of this rewarding role.

No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a genuine impact. If you are caring, reliable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

What we'd like:

  • Experience in caring for a patient / client with complex health needs
  • Car driver with access to your own vehicle

What we'd love:

  • Warm and friendly care professionals
  • Good people who enjoy caring for others
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Training

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.

What's it like working here?

Evolve is managed and owned by local people, not corporate boards or hedge funds. We're human beings who care not just for our clients, but our people. We'll treat you with dignity and respect. Like a human, not a number. We'll listen to and act on your feedback to try our very best to make going to work as pleasant, rewarding and fulfilling as we can.

  • Medicash health plan
  • Paywise+ - On-demand access to your wages
  • Hussle - Discounted gym membership + day passes
  • £250 refer-a-friend scheme

Best of luck with your application. We look forward to meeting you!
