We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Officer to ensure the effective coordination and monitoring of in class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL, English and Maths support needs.

With high level interpersonal skills and experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will have good working knowledge of how to support learners with learning difficulties and other support needs in an educational context and be able to deliver effective staff development. The ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise is also a must, as is competency in Microsoft Excel.
Closing date for the return of completed applications is 19th November 2026
The benefits package includes up to 7 additional days over Christmas/New Year as well as an additional 5 days Wellbeing leave to enhance employees’ physical and mental health. South Thames Colleges Group is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. The benefits package is pro-rated for part time staff.
