Games Design Lecturer

Location: Camborne
Salary: £27,330.94 to £28,402.92 (CC_34 to CC_36), Pro rata amount for 7.5 hours £5541.90 to £5,756.40

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Games Design Lecturer to inspire the next generation of game developers at our Camborne Campus. You'll deliver engaging, hands-on lessons, create exciting learning experiences, and help students develop the technical, creative and employability skills they need to succeed in the games industry. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll shape an innovative curriculum, embrace new technologies, and play an active role in promoting our fantastic courses and College community.

Skills & Experience

You'll have industry experience in games design or a related creative digital field, alongside a relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, or you'll be willing to achieve one with our support. You'll also be committed to gaining Level 2 English and Maths if you don't already hold them.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about inspiring learners, believe in the power of education to change lives, and be eager to share your industry knowledge in the classroom. Whether you're an experienced lecturer or looking to move from industry into teaching, if you're enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to your own professional development, we'd love to hear from you.
