About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, fast-moving and creative Social Media Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team and support the content production for UK FACE Congress 2026, as well as Leeds Private Hospital and the Hair Dr Clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about social media, understands what makes content perform, and has a very high level of video editing ability. We need someone who can work quickly, learn quickly, take feedback well, and produce polished, premium content consistently.

You must be confident editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The right person will have a strong eye for detail, understand pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, sound, storytelling and how to make content look professional and engaging.

About UK FACE Congress

UK FACE Congress 2026 is a premium international facial plastic surgery congress taking place in Leeds from 5–8 August 2026.

The congress brings together leading facial plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors and medical professionals from across the UK and internationally. It will include live surgery, expert-led teaching, surgical demonstrations, panel discussions, cadaver workshops and high-level education in facial aesthetic surgery.

This is not a standard conference. UK FACE Congress is a hospital-based, premium medical education event designed for serious professionals in the field of facial plastic surgery and aesthetics.

The content created for this event needs to reflect that: premium, professional, clean, high-impact and suitable for an international medical audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media.
• Create engaging reels, event promos, speaker videos, countdown content and educational clips.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, graphics and effects where appropriate.
• Repurpose longer videos into strong short-form content.
• Create content that feels premium, professional and on-brand.
• Work quickly to meet tight deadlines.
• Take feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, editing styles and platform best practices.
• Support with content ideas for UK FACE Congress and associated brands.
• Ensure all content is accurate, polished and suitable for a medical/aesthetic audience.

Required Skills

• Advanced video editing skills.
• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of short-form video structure, hooks and pacing.
• Ability to add subtitles, captions, graphics and transitions.
• Good knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Preferred Software Experience

Experience with the following would be beneficial:

• CapCut
• Canva

Experience

Previous experience in social media content creation, video editing or digital marketing is essential.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, events, luxury brands or professional services would be a bonus, but is not essential.
