Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the entire lifecycle of contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards, company policies, and client requirements. Your expertise will facilitate smooth contract negotiations, execution, and management, thereby supporting operational efficiency and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to contract administration.

Working hours

  • Initially 09.30am to 6pm in the office while training for the first 2 months
  • Once trained, hours change 12.30pm to 9pm Mon-Thurs, Fridays 09.30-6pm

Duties

  • Providing administrative support to our US sales teams
  • Managing paperwork and compliance documentation for temporary workers
  • Drawing up contractual documentations for our clients and temporary workers
  • Using in-house systems to log and generate operational documentation
  • Maintaining company spreadsheets
  • Entering data into the company databases
  • Attending training sessions as required
  • Handling additional administrative tasks as needed

Office Administrator - Personal Attributes:

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Strong record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively
