Policy & Market Research Manager (Relocation to Bermuda)
This role requires the successful candidate to relocate to Bermuda; relocation costs will be covered by the client.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Policy & Market Research Manager to join a dynamic and professional organisation within the financial services sector.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a range of research, policy, and strategic initiatives, providing valuable insight into market developments, industry trends, and emerging issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality research and written materials that support organisational decision-making and long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market, industry, and policy research on a variety of complex topics
- Analyse trends, developments, and emerging issues to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Prepare reports, discussion papers, briefing materials, and other research-based publications
- Support the development and review of policies, frameworks, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects, research activities, and business priorities
- Monitor domestic and international market developments and assess their potential impact
- Contribute to special projects and other initiatives as required
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum of seven years' relevant experience in market research, policy development, strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience conducting research and producing high-quality written reports and publications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex information and present findings clearly to a variety of audiences
- Professional designation or advanced qualification would be advantageous
Pay: £97,000.00-£104,000.00 per year
