As the Awaab’s Law Administrator you’ll support RHP Group in meeting its statutory duties under Awaab’s Law. The role is responsible for coordinating, tracking and maintaining accurate records for damp, mould and housing condition cases, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and within legal timescales to protect our customers health and wellbeing.

You’ll have previous administrative experience, ideally within a housing association or social housing environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. You will be a confident user of Microsoft Office and housing management software.

It would blow us away if you had knowledge of Awaab’s Law or housing compliance legislation, experience working with damp, mould or housing condition cases and experience supporting vulnerable residents.
