Play Valley is a Children's Indoor leisure business with locations across South Yorkshire. As we continue our growth we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Leader to join our Dinnington team.

Job Overview

In this role, you will support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service whilst contributing to driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy being in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-presented.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Experience within a retail, leisure or hospitality environment.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: £13.21 per hour plus a discretionary bonus scheme (paid monthly)

Hours: 18 hours per week

This role includes weekend working
