We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our new children’s home in Rochdale. This is more than just a management role—it’s a chance to be part of something meaningful.

Your Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager and lead a passionate team dedicated to therapeutic care. You will:
· Oversee daily operations and care delivery
· Coach, mentor, and support staff
· Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance
· Help develop personalised care plans and build trusting relationships
· Be a role model for resilience, empathy, and professionalism
About You:
· Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 is a plus
· At least 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· A commitment to positive outcomes for young people
· A belief in the power of care, connection, and consistency
