My PESP CIC is a new-ish and exciting not-for profit company in East Sussex, that is looking to change and improve the lives of young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Autism and other complex needs.

We are looking for an innovative and creative workers to help support a couple of local young ladies who live around the bexhill areas. WE HAVE A GAP FOR WEEKEND WORKING FIXED SHIFTS - ENHANCED WEEKEND PAY. You will most likely be part of one or two peoples team - but may also inlcude an additional supported living house and other workers for the overall great support we provide. This is with a young adults who requires 1-1 support or higher support and the focus is on truely person centred and outstanding outcomes - where we focus on the best quality of life and happiness towards the person being the best version of themselves. We are not a typical support service - we aim for the stars!

The role of a Lifeskills Development Coach is to offer a variety of support via training, teaching and coaching to young adults with Learning Disabilities so that they can increase their independence and lead an exciting and fulfilling life. We need your help and creativity to support someone to have the best life they can, to learn new things, to work in a team, to be active and to make people 'smile'. The role is based around the needs of the young adults and a rota that suits them - but is important to us that it is also supportive of your life and your wellbeing! For one young lady, this is blocks of work - so can be starting on monday day and working flat out for 2 days (so only working a few days a week, but doing long shifts and sleepins). This can really suit certain people and can work really well.

Because of the role, we need the workers to be females only, but we also have additional roles for males.

We are looking for staff to be Life Development Coaches and also some 'Leaders' to promote the best outcomes for all in mind.
