We are looking for a Contact Centre Supervisor to help assist the Contact Centre Manager in the day to day operation of our Contact Centre, ensuring every customer received an exception service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Contact Centre Advisors, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Communicate proactively, Answering a large volume of telephone calls and emails from customers
  • Collaborate closely with the Showroom Teams and Management Teams to ensure a positive customer experience and scheduling appointments and following up on leads
  • Mentor and develop your team, driving your performance and departmental targets set by Contact Centre Manager
  • Generate rich leads for the showroom teams
  • Confidently, professional and proactively engage with customers, building strong relationships, ensuring a memorable customer experience
  • Support and help manage a team of highly motivated target driven Contact Centre Team

About you:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused, managerial or supervisor role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine commitment to customer care.
  • Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage time-critical tasks in a busy environment.
  • Able to lead, coach, and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, maintaining clear and open communication across departments.
  • Confident in managing a team
