JOB SUMMARY

As a Success Coach in London, you will guide adults through enrolment onto funded courses. You will assess each person and match them to the programme that fits their goals and circumstances. If you have experience in customer service, advice and guidance, or enrolment, and want your work to move adults forward, this role gives you that platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide adults through enrolment: You will give each person a clear, accurate introduction to the process so they know what to expect.
  • Match adults to the right programme: You will assess needs and recommend the funded course that fits, giving clear, impartial advice.
  • Meet enrolment targets: You will deliver agreed numbers and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Keep information current: You will communicate clearly with adults, colleagues and partners so everyone has what they need.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You have met targets in previous roles and kept quality and service high.
  • You communicate clearly by phone, video and email.
  • You have used CRM systems to manage information and keep records accurate.
  • You understand safeguarding, GDPR and compliance principles.
