```Job Summary:

We have two newly added positions for additional team members as we grow to meet demand for our award-winning gymnastics & child development classes.

Your initial role will be as a trainee/assistant Head Gymnastics Coach to become a Head Gymnastics Coach with the view of progressing you according to your commitment and performance to a Curriculum Programme Director.

Further career progression will be available for the right candidate. You will become a Junior Partner from the outset with the opportunity to participate in the strategic and tactical growth of the business.

Must have experience of gymnastics, acro, dance, parkour, capoeira or related fields and have a natural affinity for children. A big caring heart, big smile and sense of fun are a must!

What you'll do:
* Teach gymnastics to 3-12 year olds - and potentially according to talent and skills from crawling babies
* Participate to strategic and tactical decisions to help the business grow
* Join training every week to grow & learn
* Rotation work on weekends - 1/3 weekend free per year

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training programs for gymnasts based on their skill level and goals

- Instruct gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety procedures

- Provide guidance and support during practice sessions and competitions

- Create a positive and encouraging environment to motivate gymnasts

- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help gymnasts improve their skills

- Collaborate with other coaches to plan team practices and routines

- Ensure the safety of all gymnasts by enforcing rules and regulations

- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

- Follow-up with potential members to come on board and enrol

- Grow the business and ensure retention of current members

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a similar role in either Dance, Parkour, Acro, Circus, Capoeira or any related sports

- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and rules

- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate techniques to athletes

- Experience in sports coaching or education is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff members

- Natural leader and interested in business development

- Fit and healthy and a very strong team player / sense of responsibility
