This opportunity is for someone who is "Practically minded" and ready for challenges and to work in a team or on occasion by themself.

Tudor Catering Trailers has been growing and is forever changing to meet the customers requirements making each and every job interesting, where no job is the same. We have been providing trailers and vehicle conversions for over 22 years and we still continue to come up with new ideas.

This job requires a practical mind and can be physically challenging on occasions when lifting materials and getting into tight spaces.

You must be able to meet the following

  • Focused on the project, team player and meet deadlines
  • Have good MIG & TIG welding skills
  • Read plans and drawings
  • Have good written , numerical and communication skills - essential
  • Able to use plant machinery including CNC

Uniform is provided and we will supply all the tools required.

This role involves many different tasks with several skills, and is best suited to someone who is an all-rounder practically

  • Welding - compulsory
  • Plumbing
  • Wiring
  • Woodwork

It would be preferred that you had experience in at least two of these areas.

When provided with a task we encourage our team to use there initiative to solve problems.

During the year the seasons can be busy and you would be required to work additional hours where needed, so overtime will be available.

You will have an opportunity to increase your income based on the quality and work completed

Some of the work involves

Fitting out for mobile kitchens in small spaces such as Horse Box , Caravans, Catering trailers, Exhibition trailers, Chassis cab vehicles , Vans and Shepherd Huts
