Supervisors - Dundee and Forfar

We are currently looking to recruit Supervisors to join our teams across Dundee and Angus. This is a full-time permanent post offering 37 hours per week.

You will have strong experience of working directly with people who have complex care and communication needs. You will be able to guide, lead and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality person-centred care, leading by example of best social care practice. This role could be for you if:

  • You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes)
  • You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment
  • You have strong IT and office organisational skills
  • You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice
  • You have the ability to coach and mentor colleagues
  • You can challenge poor or unsafe practice; championing good practice and person-centred support for the individuals’ using services.
  • You have excellent communication skills to relay complex and challenging information
