Are you a Registered Nurse, (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Staff Nurse, Practice Nurse) Paramedic, Physiotherapist or OT looking for a non clinical role?

If you are looking for a change, with more social working hours and a better work/life balance, with no shift patterns or on call and very little commuting, with no large fuel bills, then carry on reading!

Perhaps you are ready for brand new challenge, a new environment - in a non-clinical setting?

Working as a Registered Nurse Assessor you can utilise your skills and put your clinical experience to good use still, all whilst maintaining your professional registration and further developing your knowledge too!

We are hiring for hybrid workers. You can do as little as two days per week in the office and the rest can be from home.

We have assessment centres in Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Yorkshire.

All you need to start a new role as a Nurse Assessor is…..

  • A valid NMC/HCPC pin – which will not be affected, and you can keep your registration and revalidate.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
  • The flexibility to commit to full time training for 6 weeks with a positive approach to learning, training onsite or remotely, whichever suits you!
  • A workspace within your home that allows you to speak to claimants and assess them with no distractions.
  • Right To Work/Live in the UK without restrictions - We do NOT offer Sponsorship

What will you be given in return for joining us and bringing your expertise to deliver an exceptional service on behalf of the DWP?

Starting salary of £21,000 (pro rata) with an increase at 6 months and a further increase at 12 months service bringing you to £21,600 annually
A bonus scheme that could earn you another 10% of your salary every 6 months bringing your annual earnings to £23,760 OTE

Working hours of 22.5 hours per week, office hours from 8.30am - 4.30pm, don’t be fooled by those offering higher salaries – their working hours are longer!

We can offer full, part time and flexible contracts to suit your needs, once your training is complete. With a range of different working patterns to suit you, covering 30 hours or 22.5 hours a week!
