Full job description
As our Gymnastics Manager, you will be responsible for our community venues in the Bracknell area as well as our growing National Curriculum programme. You will lead your area with entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to get it right for our members - little ones and grown-ups!
Reporting to the Head of Community Clubs & NC - you will be responsible for-
- Leading your team to deliver a gold standard customer journey where our member experience is the best in the industry, in line with the Gymfinity Kids brand.
- Working smart to ensure you get the best out of your area’s commercial performance.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of Gymnastics Coaches - our business is our People!
- Full accountability for the operation of your area, including health and safety, customer journey, people management, stake holder relationships and all other aspects of running our business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools on our programme.
- Ensuring that through great leadership and strong supportive presence in our venues your venues achieve all their KPIs.
About You
Gymnastics is what we do, and we are looking for someone for this role who can bring our programme to life through leading, training and getting their teams to deliver an excellent customer journey. Someone who has a drive for operational excellence mixed with a passion for developing their people.
- Experience in leading an operation
- A passion for hiring and developing great people
- Have knowledge and understanding of Gymnastics Coaching or similar sport or be willing to learn
- Train the trainer for your people to ensure the highest quality teams (Don’t worry, we can show you everything you need for this)
- A leadership style that embodies the ability to coach our people to be the best version of themselves
- Experience in managing multi-site areas
- Strong personable skills, with the ability to maintain key stake holder relationships
-A commercial awareness that allows you to make decisions and plans for your area of business
