My PESP has grown and become established and are flying. We are doing social care right and value our workforce massively.

At PESP, we are looking to change and improve the lives of young adults with Learning Disabilites and Autism. We are looking for an innovative and creative workers to help support adults with learning disabilities. All needing high levels of support.

The role of a Lifeskills Development Coach (support worker) is to offer a variety of support via training, teaching and coaching to young adults with Learning Disabilities so that they can increase their independence and lead an exciting and fulfilling life. We need your help and creativity to support someone to have the best life they can, to learn new things, to work in a team, to be active and to make people 'smile'. The role is based around the needs of the young adults and a rota that suits them - but is important to us that it is also supportive of your life and your wellbeing!

We are looking for staff to be Life Development Coaches and also some 'Leaders' to promote the best outcomes for all in mind. We have a strong focus on staff wellbeing and progression and want people to come and join and partner with us to make our service users’ lives the best they can be.
