Transformational Work Coach
(Part Time, Pro-rata 30 hours per week across 4 days)
Inspire individuals and support to excel in their futures
PHX Training is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated transformational coach to support on a contract that offers wraparound funded support to help empower residents in Pendle to gain future employment, and provides access to opportunities to support participants to move forward in their journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the participants journey from initial engagement, supporting and guiding them along their journey to removing barriers to learning and/or employment. In general a Transformational Coach helps individuals unlock their full potential, break through limiting beliefs, and create meaningful personal or professional change through 1-1 support.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Transformational Coach, you will:
Responsibilities
- Engage with participants through regular contact and reviews on a 1-1 basis.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to ensure progression towards identified goals and employment and learning objectives.
- Promote PHX learning opportunities signpost to the most appropriate provision.
- Identifying the required level of support and appropriateness for referral to training, and where required specialist support agencies.
- Conduct better off in work calculations
- Carry out regular reviews of participants in order to ensure progress.
- Case Manage participant attendance and overall performance, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Create relationships with employers and source vacancies that match the goals of participants and meet sustainable job outcome targets.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records on all systems to meet quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
- Background of working in a participant facing target driven environment
Additional information
- Preston centre, base office
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial for this role.
- 4 days a week, 30 hours (Salary - pro rata)
