At Jam Coding, we're all about inspiring kids to explore technology with passion and purpose. And guess what? We need someone as enthusiastic as us to join our team, delivering awesome Computing and Coding After School Workshops in schools near Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.

Don't worry if your digital know-how isn't at genius level yet - full training is on the house! All we ask for is a positive attitude towards teamwork and helping our young coders explore their confidence and potential.

If you've got some IT/computer knowledge, that's a big plus!
Teaching qualifications are welcome too but not mandatory because hey, it's all about being an excellent communicator who can inspire young people and all your lesson plans will be provided . It’s an incredible chance for anyone considering teaching or becoming a teaching assistant to gain skills and qualifications whilst being paid.

All candidates will need a DBS qualification to work within this job role, but don't worry, we can sort that out for you.

The role involves assisting in primary-school classroom Computing sessions, (with a view to teaching own sessions following a period of training) some administration work and delivery duties, so you must be able to drive to and own your own car for this role.

We are positive role models for the learners we teach, giving them safe, well-structured sessions to explore learning opportunities within a number of areas of digital. This includes animation, coding, robotics and much more.

HOURS

Hours will be term-time only and can be negotiated with the right candidate. There is flexibility in the hours worked, but you will need to be available as a minimum 3:15-4:45pm Mon-Fri.
