North Highland is the world’s leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else. And we’re on the hunt for an OD Senior Change Consultant for our client in the government space.


We helped our client to define their future state Op Model earlier in the year. They now need support to start standing up the “enabling services” element of this (Strategy, Finance Ops, People and Comms, Risk and Governance.

The project objective is to complete the detailed design for the enabling services. You role will be responsible for creating the functional models and organisational structures for a number of the enabling services. The role will include both designing some of these services themselves but also managing internal people to design some of the services.


  • Proven, demonstrated experience as an OD Change Consultant in a consulting / public sector environment.
  • Technical strategy and organisation design experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.


  • Rate : up to £600 p/d (Inside IR35)
  • Start : Mid March
  • Contract Duration : 3 months
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
