Movement is growing quickly — and we're looking for a coach who wants to be part of what we're building.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a timetable. We're looking for someone ambitious about their coaching, who wants to develop, take on responsibility and grow with the business.

At Movement, you'll have the stability of a full-time role, while working in an environment where coaching quality genuinely matters.

You'll coach small groups of no more than five, but every member gets an individualised coaching experience. You'll build genuine relationships, make coaching decisions and have the opportunity to become exceptionally good at what you do.

And we'll invest in you.

You'll receive ongoing mentorship, regular coaching observations, feedback, paid courses and industry opportunities designed to help you keep developing.

As Movement grows, so will your opportunities. The right person will have the chance to take on more responsibility, contribute to the direction of the studio, develop areas of expertise and progress within the business.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• Minimum 1 year coaching clients in a gym setting
• Passionate about coaching and helping people achieve long-term results
• Positive, professional and reliable
• Coachability - you want feedback and want to get better
• Someone who takes pride in doing things properly

Highly desirable

• Small-group coaching experience
• Experience coaching different abilities and goals
• First Aid qualification

Successful candidates will be asked to deliver a small-group coaching session as part of the interview process.

3-month probation period.

Please do not apply unless you hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and have at least 1 year's coaching experience.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
