Full job description

As alternative education providers, Aspire Life Sports’ approach to working with young people fosters positive mindset, resilience, diligence, and the skills needed for making meaningful life choices. All one-to-one sessions engage with a diverse range of sporting and physical activities, spanning from leisurely walks to go-karting. These activities serve as tangible goals for our students, providing them with focus and motivation within the broader scope of our provision. We aim to cater to different interests and abilities, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for not only academic success, but also personal growth: "Changing lives through the power of sport". In addition, Aspire Life Sports offers a range of services such as holiday clubs, extra-curricular sports, birthday parties and in-school teaching assistance.

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a sports coach and mentor. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary communication and organisational skills, and be proficient in writing daily reports. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Responsibilities include creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all external clients, including schools, parents and any other professionals in our industry. In this varied role, you will plan sports-based activities, communicate with schools and guardians both verbally and via email, and collaborate with the team on joint and group sessions.
