    About The Role


    Job role: Site Manager
    Location: Wolverhampton, WV13
    Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am -16:00pm
    Salary: £45,000 Per Annum
    Contract type: Permanent, Full Time

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including production and office-based teams
    • Leading and developing a large team (50+ direct reports) to achieve performance targets and service excellence
    • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency
    • Manging change effectively in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment
    • Working closely with other sites across the business
    • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, operational policies, and customer service level agreements
    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing large teams (50+ people) in a warehouse and/or office environment
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
    • Experience in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency
    • Ability to identify challenges, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions
    • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, operational setting, working to targets and KPI’S on a daily basis
    • IT Literacy
    • Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to others sites on occasion.
