Summerfield House is a new and exciting project that is looking to change and improve the lives of young adults. We are looking for an innovative and creative workers to help support a young man who has his own mini and all female staff team in Summerfield House and other workers for the overall great support we provide. This is with a young adults who requires 1-1 support. you will however be working in a wider home and with other people.

The role of a Lifeskills Development Coach is to offer a variety of support via training, teaching and coaching to young adults with Learning Disabilities so that they can increase their independence and lead an exciting and fulfilling life. We need your help and creativity to support someone to have the best life they can, to learn new things, to work in a team, to be active and to make people 'smile'. The role is based around the needs of the young adults and a rota that suits them - but is important to us that it is also supportive of your life and your wellbeing!

We are looking for staff to be Life Development Coaches to promote the best outcomes for all in mind.
