We’re now looking for a passionate, driven Early Years Tutor who wants more than a job—you want purpose, growth, and the chance to genuinely change lives.

Why This Role Stands Out

Flexibility that works for you – Remote-first role with structured travel
Real career progression – Clear pathways for growth and development

As an Early Years Tutor, you’ll guide and mentor learners through their apprenticeship journey—helping them build the skills, confidence, and knowledge to thrive in childcare settings.

You will:

  • Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Build strong relationships with childcare providers
  • Support learners to achieve (and exceed) their goals
  • Manage your own schedule across teaching, admin, and visits

  • Recognised teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent)
  • Assessing qualification (A1 or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching within the childcare sector

You’ll Thrive If You Are:

  • Passionate about education and learner success
  • A natural communicator who builds trust easily
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
