Full job description

Due to the growth of the organisation we are currently recruiting a Female Football Development Coach to support with the delivery of Female-specific Community based sessions. Projects will include FA Weetabix Wildcats Centre’s, Girls Talent Development Centre’s, and Girls Football Camps.

We are looking for forward thinking, driven, people who are enthusiastic, ambitious, hardworking, reliable and want to join our existing staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan high-quality female football sessions in line with Fleetwood Town Community Trust’s girls football curriculum.

To deliver high-quality female football sessions that are age-appropriate, engaging, and developmental.

To undertake appropriate administrative tasks in relation to the relevant provisions to ensure a smooth conduction of all sessions.

Support with the development of new FA Wildcat Centre’s.

Promote the Fleetwood Town Community Trust’s Female Football Provisions and ethos in a professional, strong, and positive manner.

Inspire and empower future generations of girls to pursue opportunities in football throughout their life.

Ensure all equipment is used appropriately and accounted for.

Assist projects leads with measuring the impact of project delivery and reporting procedures.

Implement Fleetwood Town Community Trust’s Safeguarding policy, procedures and best practice guidelines on every session.

Willingness to undertake training, education and continued professional development.

Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required to successfully fulfil the vision of the Trust.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 7 per week
