-
Guide and empower service users towards achieving their health goals through strong coaching skills, informed mentoring and inspirational support.
-
Check and monitor the progress of service users via weight management and other health indicators, supporting them in making behavioural changes.
-
Contribute to excellent service delivery by maintaining accurate records, engaging participants between sessions, supporting attendance and retention activities, and ensuring services are delivered safely and effectively.
What we’re looking for:
-
Relevant health and wellbeing qualification such as a degree, diploma or equivalent in nutrition, dietetics, health/sport psychology, public health or sport and exercise science.
-
Previous experience of delivering health and behaviour change information
-
Face to face or remote group or 121 delivery
