We are looking to build our team with a HESA Consultant who could support higher education institutions with their data and reporting requirements. What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Supporting higher education institutions with HESA data collection, validation and submission processes

- Working with stakeholders across finance, student records, academic and quality functions to gather and validate data
- Delivering training, documentation or guidance on HESA processes and best practice
- Liaising with HESA directly where needed to resolve queries or support institutional submissions
- Contributing to project delivery and problem-solving across data and reporting challenges
What you could bring

- Demonstrable knowledge of HESA data requirements, submission processes and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in or with higher education, or equivalent exposure to sector data and reporting
- Understanding of education data standards, student information systems and institutional reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (such as student information platforms or data management software)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
