Job description:

Rose Property Services is looking for dedicated, passionate, full-time cleaners. Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be given to the successful candidate. Enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to keep motivated are key qualities for this role.

The work involves general cleaning to communal areas of blocks of flats and residential facilities - we do not do any domestic cleaning.

You will be provided with a manual vehicle and you will come to our Head Office (UB3 3NT) between 6.00 and 7.00am every morning to pick up everything you will need to carry out your duties for that day.

You will clean various properties in London and surrounding areas each week.

The position requires a valid, full driving license as you will be issued with a company vehicle to travel between properties.

We will provide a uniform, paid 28 days holidays including Bank Holidays., an optional workplace pension, and opportunities to progress within the business, and performance monthly bonus of up to £100.00.

DUTIES:

Vacuuming carpeted or tiled hallways and stairs including door mats

Damp clothing surfaces, banisters and woodwork etc

Dusting and polishing surfaces, banisters and woodwork etc

Cleaning internal door glass and internal landing windows

Polishing brass foot plates and finger plates

Removing cobwebs and spiders eggs from door ways and ceilings

Mopping tiled floors (landings and stairs)

Checking lighting internally and externally

Replacing blown bulbs

Adjusting time clocks for lighting and door entry systems

Litter picking, Sweeping of hard standing areas, Sweeping out bin rooms, and disinfecting

Reporting back issues and problems found on-site to office staff

Being responsible for the safety and safe return of keys and company paperwork

Working in a safe and responsible manner at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
