We're Hiring: TikTok Live Operator — On-Site

We're Waymax Global, an official TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Creator Agency Partner. We help brands and creators grow through TikTok Live, short-form content, and e-commerce.

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic TikTok Live Moderator to support our daily livestream operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Moderate TikTok Live sessions to ensure a positive, engaging, and professional environment.
• Welcome viewers and respond to comments and customer enquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
• Answer common questions about products, promotions, delivery, and orders during live broadcasts.
• Pin products, promotions, and important messages throughout livestreams.
• Monitor chat activity and remove spam or inappropriate comments when necessary.
• Support livestream hosts by highlighting customer questions and important feedback.
• Set up the livestream studio before each sessions ensuring everything is organised and ready.
• Prepare, organise, and manage product samples, props, and displays for each livestream.
• Carry out pre-live checks, including equipment, lighting, product availability, and overall studio presentation.
• Work closely with hosts and the operations team to ensure every livestream runs smoothly.
• Monitor livestream performance, audience engagement, and customer feedback.
• Analyse livestream results and provide feedback to help improve future performance.
• Help maintain high standards of livestream quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with general studio organisation, stock management, and other ad hoc operational tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and TikTok livestream skills.
• Confident using TikTok and familiar with TikTok Live.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced live environment.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working on-site in our London studio.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, livestreaming, social media marketing.
• Passion for fashion, handbags, beauty, or lifestyle products is a plus.
