Full-Time Videographer / Photographer - SBK Marketing

Please Read Before Applying

FULL-TIME VIDEOGRAPHER (IN-PERSON SHOOTS — LONDON AREA)

MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO/WORK WHEN YOU APPLY!

SBK Marketing is a fast-growing, results-driven marketing agency specialising in the property and construction industry.

Our videographers don’t shoot staged corporate content.

They work on live construction sites, with real clients, capturing content that directly impacts trust, brand perception, and sales.

This is real environments, real projects, and fast-moving situations.

We’re now looking for a full-time videographer to join the team — someone consistent, reliable, and confident enough to take ownership of shoots day in, day out.

This is not a freelance or side-work role.

We already have freelancers. This position exists because we need someone embedded in the team long-term.

What you’ll do

A practical, real-world filming role focused on clean execution and strong organisation:

  • Filming on construction sites and client properties across London
  • Capturing natural, high-quality footage for marketing, sales, and case studies
  • Directing or instructing people on-site when needed (professionally and confidently)
  • Managing full shoot days from start to finish
  • Preparing equipment and shoot plans before arriving
  • Organising footage properly with clear, labelled handovers
  • Working efficiently in fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environments

Editing is not the focus of this role, but basic editing may be required occasionally.

This is a shooting + content management role.

Clean execution matters more than overproduced edits.

The role structure

A typical week will be a mix of:

  • On-site shoots with clients
  • Time in the office (W4 5PY) for planning, internal content, and organisation
  • Occasional admin or light editing tasks

We’re flexible on structure — but not on consistency.

We need someone we can rely on every single week.

Who we want

We’re very clear about the type of person who succeeds here:

  • Confident on construction sites — not intimidated by trades or fast-paced environments
  • Strong communicator — able to direct people clearly and professionally
  • Reliable — shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work
  • Organised — clean file structures, proper handovers, no chaos
  • Calm under pressure — adapts quickly when sites change
  • Takes ownership — runs shoots without handholding

Experience filming construction or property is a big advantage, but not essential if your work is strong.

You must be able to handle

  • Drone shooting
  • Spoken-to-camera videography
  • B-roll
  • Photography

Requirements

Based in London (or able to commute to W4 5PY reliably)

Full UK driving licence

Consistent access to your own vehicle (essential)

Available 5 days per week

Comfortable working on active construction sites (PPE required)

Equipment

You should be ready to shoot. Minimum expectations:

  • 4K camera (Sony preferred)
  • Gimbal
  • Drone
  • Lenses (wide + standard zoom)
  • Wireless audio
  • Laptop capable of handling footage

If you’re missing some items, you must be willing to invest quickly.

Pay & progression

Salary: £2,250 – £3,000 per month

We start with a structured full-time role, but here’s the reality:

  • We have more than enough shoots
  • The right person becomes a core part of the team quickly
  • As we grow, you’ll help train other videographers
  • Responsibility increases — and so does pay

Your progression is directly tied to how well you perform.

The opportunity

This role gives you access to:

  • High-value projects most videographers don’t get near
  • Real commercial impact — not just “nice content”
  • A fast-growing team with serious standards

If you’re serious about videography as a career, this will accelerate you quickly.

If you can match this level — or get there quickly — apply.

If not, don’t force it.

How to apply

We don’t care about CVs.

We care about:

  • Initiative
  • Confidence
  • Communication
  • Ability to deliver

To apply, do one of the following:

  • Call the company
  • Come into the office (call first)
  • Send something that shows initiative

If you want to stand out - find Brandon and call him directly.

He runs the interviews.

Final note

If you’re looking for something stable, creative, and genuinely career-building — this is a strong opportunity.

If you’re just looking for extra work, it won’t be the right fit.
