Full job description

We have a very rare opportunity for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join our fantastic production kitchen in Llandudno. This role would suit someone wanting to experience a catering role that is in a different setting to hospitality.

What you will be doing:

  • Producing a range of pastries for our retail stores.
  • Providing delicious desserts for our restaurants.
  • Working as part of a small production team which will include working alone at times.
  • Making sure that you comply with all food safety and hygiene legislation

What we are looking for:

  • You will have a passion for baking, both savouries and cakes
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is essential
  • You will be a supportive team player
  • You can take the initiative and work unsupervised
  • You will enjoy a physically demanding role
  • Being able to drive is desirable, as sometimes goods need to be taken to sites
  • You must be able to work early mornings.
