Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking dedicated an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join on of our dynamic teams across central London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, along with exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of food in our venue , maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We also offer a great training program.

Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant area, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet operational needs.
  • Train new staff members on customer service expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regs and food hygiene.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

This role comes with as salary starting from £30k + Tronc + discounted live in accommodation.
