Working Pattern

Self-employed, live-in

● 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or

● Recognising and responding appropriately to emergencies and changes in condition

About You

You will be professional, proactive, observant and highly reliable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both as part of a two-person team and on your own initiative.

You must be physically and mentally fit for an active, busy lifestyle, hardworking, flexible, trustworthy, discreet and punctual.

You must also be:

● Calm and competent under pressure

● An excellent communicator with a high standard of spoken and written English

● A non-smoker

● A confident and competent driver

● Positive and personable with a good sense of humour

● Legally entitled to work in the UK

Travel

The position involves occasional international travel.

Applicants must hold a valid passport allowing visa-free travel to the destinations required for the role and be willing and able to travel when required.

Working Environment

Excellent working conditions within a high-standard private environment, with food provided while on duty, free parking, and appropriate breaks/downtime according to care requirements and the daily schedule.

Two-Stage Selection Process

Stage 1: Video interview.

Stage 2: In-person interview, including a practical assessment of moving & handling, transfers and safe hoisting techniques.

Applicants must be comfortable demonstrating their practical competence as part of the selection process.

Please Only Apply If Suitably Experienced
