Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parcels to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate efficiently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Drive a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence with max 6 points; experience in commercial driving is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with local routes and navigation systems is beneficial.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
