About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Waiter / Waitress to join our Front of House team at Origin City.

This is a guest-facing role for someone who takes pride in warm, attentive and knowledgeable service. You will support the full guest journey, from welcoming guests and taking accurate orders to explaining dishes, recommending drinks, supporting wine pairings and helping the team deliver smooth, professional service.

We invest in an extensive training programme for our team members, including service standards, food knowledge, wine, allergens, product knowledge and the story behind our restaurant. For this reason, we are looking for someone who can commit to a full-time position and develop with the team over time.

About You

• You are someone who genuinely loves hospitality and wants to grow within the industry. You take pride in looking after guests properly, care about the details, and stay calm and professional during busy service.
• You have experience in a guest-facing restaurant or hospitality role and understand the importance of timing, communication, teamwork and presentation.
• You have a strong interest in food, wine and guest experience, or a clear willingness to develop this knowledge through training. You are confident speaking with guests, making recommendations and explaining dishes in a natural, accurate and thoughtful way.

Pay and Benefits

• £13 per hour, plus service charge. Typical total earnings are approximately £15 to £16 per hour, depending on service charge levels.

We support team members with WSET wine training and management development courses to help them grow within the hospitality industry.
