Engage are leading the industry with a pioneering new role combining skills to make a hybrid agent who is trained as a Resolution Officer a Warrant Officer and a Locksmith. All training and support will be provided for long-term progression. This exciting new role will give flexibility and variety with everyday being different.

We are inviting applications from individuals who want to work as Self-Employed Resolution Officers/Warrant Officers and Locksmiths. These are very special positions that offer an industry leading remuneration package (EST 40K after initial training), and a training and development package that is unique within our industry.

Requirements for the Role

• A full driving licence (not required in central London areas)
• A clean DBS
• A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
• Good organisation and time planning skills
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
• To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
• Proactively work towards all targets set.
• Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
• Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.
