Lockguard Locksmiths

Due to continued growth and the expansion of our social housing, commercial, insurance and residential contracts, Lockguard Locksmiths are looking to partner with professional Locksmith and Glazing Contractors throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

We are seeking reliable, customer-focused subcontractors who are looking to increase their workload whilst maintaining the flexibility and freedom of self-employment.

About the Role

As an Approved Lockguard Contractor, you will receive access to locksmith and glazing jobs within your chosen coverage area.

This is a fully subcontracted position, allowing you to choose:

  • When you work
  • Where you work
  • Which areas you cover
  • The volume of work you take on

  • Emergency lockouts
  • Lock changes and upgrades
  • UPVC door and window mechanism repairs

Essential Requirements

To become an Approved Contractor, you must:

  • Be self-employed
  • Have your own van
  • Have your own tools and equipment
  • Carry your own locksmith and/or glazing stock
  • Hold valid Public Liability Insurance
  • Be professional, reliable and customer-focused
  • Be able to provide photographic evidence of completed works
  • Have a smartphone with access to email and job management systems
