JLB Property Maintenance specialise in block maintenance (Blocks of flats) working on a nationwide basis. We work for a number of managing agents carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance. Job description

Due to the continued success and growth of the company we are currently seeking to add multi skilled engineers to the team. As an engineer you will be remotely based (jobs will be issued via software). Leaving from home you will be expected to work on your own initiative but will also be required to work as team when required. You will be providing a first line response to all emergencies during normal working hours and providing an out of hours service when on call.

As a company we offer reactive maintenance to communal areas of apartment blocks. A typical day could range from dealing with slipped roof tiles, blocked drains, door repairs, fencing repairs, minor electrical works and anything else in between that may affect the building.

The role will suit somebody that would be considered as multi skilled. Skills that would interest us would be carpentry, roofing, bricklaying, plumbing, ground works/ civils, locksmith, plumbing, drainage and general maintenance skills.

Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 depending on qualifications and experience
