Grays Locksmiths are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to join their team in a successful business that has been established since 1987 within the locksmith industry.
We are looking for a team player who matches our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service.
The successful candidate will put the customer at the heart of everything they do. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer service through a variety of channels. You will need to be proactive and resilient with an ability to problem-solve. You will be trained in every aspect of the customer experience to ensure their journey with you is as smooth as possible.
Job Role:
· Taking inbound calls within a fast-paced environment.
· Respond promptly within our service level guidelines to customer e-mails.
· Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
· Maintaining and updating back-office programs.
· Diary management within the inhouse diary system with the correct amount of time and travel needed for our locksmiths.
· Assist with general office admin duties
Knowledge and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ within a customer service role with telephone experience essential.
- Confident on the phone speaking to customers and building rapport.
- knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
Hours are Monday- Friday 8.30am-17.00pm
