Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks on national grid and other high security sites.
• Cut keys, program electronic access systems, and manage lock rekeying tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, such as lockouts and security breaches.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and manage inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a locksmith or relevant training/qualifications.
• Proficiency in working with mechanical, electronic, and smart locking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• (Optional) Certification in locksmithing or security systems is advantageous.
• Must be prepared to work away from home
• CSCS (preferred)
• NG Persons (preferred)
