Commercial Locksmiths is an Australian Government Approved Sponsor and is seeking an experienced qualified locksmith from the UK to join our growing team.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Qualified Locksmith to join our team in,. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive locksmith services, ensuring the security and safety of clients’ premises, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, offering a chance to advance your career within a reputable organisation.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks, safes, and security systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Conduct lockouts and emergency lock repairs efficiently and professionally.
  • Programme electronic access control systems and keyless entry devices as required.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on security solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct security assessments and recommend appropriate locking mechanisms or upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used for each job.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a locksmith with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking mechanisms, safes, and security systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics related to locksmithing tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing security issues.
  • Valid UK driving licence due to the requirement to travel between sites.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards is essential.
  • Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with access control software programmes and experience in security consultancy.

Pay: £38,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
