Salaried Medical Receptionist (One-Month Trial Period)

Location: South-East London

Working Schedule:

Monday (AM & PM)
Wednesday (AM & PM)
Thursday (AM & PM)
Friday (AM)

Role Overview:

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for delivering efficient, friendly, and professional front-of-house support within a healthcare setting. Key duties include welcoming patients, handling enquiries, managing appointment bookings, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the daily operations of the practice. The role also involves managing incoming calls, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring smooth administrative processes using the practice’s systems.
